AMITY LUCAS - PERSONAL PROFILE
Amity Lucas is a connector. She genuinely enjoys making matches between employers and employees. She clearly has a knack for it and likes to put her talent to use. Amity takes a personal interest in every candidate she works with and every position she looks to fill. She prides herself on facilitating "matches made in heaven!"
 
Amity graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Advertising. She started her career in sales, selling educational media. Throughout this time she found herself always helping friends and people she knew get jobs. Eventually she decided to become a recruiter and do this full time. Amity spent five and a half years recruiting for The Tuttle Agency in Manhattan. She specialized in what she knew—Sales, Advertising & Marketing.

Taking her experience to the next level and broadening her expertise a bit, The Amity Agency has been born. With the intent of finding more and more people the right jobs, Amity has expanded her scope and opened up shop in the Hamptons.

It is not our style to simply speak with a candidate on the phone and then email a resume over to a client. Instead, we insist on meeting with candidates face-to-face when at all possible. We get to know our candidates and try our best to find them jobs closest to their ideals. After all, a career is an important part of one's life. We take our role in it very seriously. The more satisfied our clients are with their new employees and our candidates are with their new jobs, the more we feel we've done our job.
